Storage units are available for short term rental and long term rental, including residential property, personal property, and commercial business needs. All doors are oversized width and height to allow for classic automobile storage and other motorsports vehicles also.  All units are secure and private, with a secured cylinder locking system in which we provide the lock unless you already own a Chateau cylinder lock.  All units are a drive-up design for convenience and ease of access.


Access is available 365 days a year and 24/7 however use of the facilities are encouraged during daylight hours for personal security purposes and courtesy of surrounding countryside neighbors.  The property is monitored 24/7 via infrared high definition security cameras capable of capturing video in any lighting conditions.
